The Plan
So I understand that excess fat makes me fat and to lose weight i need to cut my fat intake. Very well. Let's do it.
Whatever I eat must be less than 20% fat . To get back in shape, i must exercise at least 1 hour a day, and my total daily calorie intake should be around 1,300 if I want to not be a whale anymore by january 2007.

I'll be sharing low fat recipes, but I won't be sharing how much i weight.

Once upon a time I used to have a normal weight. Then I gained some. Then I gained a lot.
Then I lost it all and was almost normal again.
Then I got married and gained some -- all that cooking for love and eating for love and on top of that, new country, new spices, new recipes...I gained more.
Then I got caught in a professional situation where I was under pressure and angry all the time and ate to compensate for that. My boss was quite the agressive bitch and I build a wall of fat around me like a shield to protect me from her bullshit.
Then I quit. And my life got better.

I can say my life is almost perfect now. Couldn't have a better husband, lovely ( although sort of messy) home, good friends, and time to spare. All I got to do now is get rid of this excess fat.

I don't want to be a whale. I want to be a mermaid.
